  • MY STORE: How do I change My Store information. See diagram click here.
    Most changes in your store admin panel are made by highlighting the line of information that you want to change. Then clicking edit, make changes and then click update.
     
     
  • IMAGES: What is the Images Folder in the Configuration Folder for? See diagram click here.
    These are the image control settings for the images that enhance your store appearance.
    Such as Category Header images, sub category header images, etc.
    Small - relates to your thumbnail image.
    Heading - relates to your Category Heading Image
    Subcategory Image - relates to your Subcategory Image
    Calculate will resize your images to proportion.
    Image Required - if you do not wish to use a store images in all instances change to false.

       
  • SPECIALS: How do I create specials? See diagram click here.
    Click on Catalog folder, then Specials, select Add product, follow instructions.

     
  • OPTIONS: How do I add option choices to my products? See diagram for admin panel color choice.
    Your options are unlimited. You can add the most obvious such as color and scents. But our system takes it even further. You can increase/change the price on the product for each option choice.
    1. Select folder Catalog and then folder Products Attributes. 
    2. Create your Product Option first, then your Option Values to each Product Option. IE: Product Option = Color Choice  and Options Values for Color Choice are Red, Green, and Blue.
    3. Assign Product Attributes to a product.

    What is the Value Price field for?
    You can change the price value to add this amount or subtract this amount from your base price.
     
    What is the Prefix field for?
    Use the + or - to subtract or add the Value Price from your base price?
     
  • ADDING PRODUCTS: Before adding products, configure your store.
    In your CONFIGURATION FOLDER you will find the following folders. Click on each folder and make sure all setting fit yours needs.
    My Store  - SEE ABOVE
    Minimum Values
    - Self explanatory.
    Maximum Values
    - Self explanatory.
    Images
    - SEE ABOVE
    Customer Details
    - What information do you want from your customer.
    Shipping/Packaging
    - Self explanatory.
    Product Listing
    - Select options on how you want your products to display in your store.
    (0=disable; 1=enable) (1-top, 2-bottom, 3-both) 
    Stock - Do you want to maintain stock levels? Set your levels in the folder. If you do not want to keep track of stock levels set (Check stock level = false) etc.

     
    I have done all of my configurations, what is next?
    Select Catalog folder, then Categories/Products folder.
    1. Add your category. Once you have created a category you can just add more products.
    2. Select that category.
    3. Select (new product) button.
    4. Fill in product form.
    5. Select (Preview) button at bottom of page.
    7. If the preview of this product is acceptable - select (insert) button.
